Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Palm Springs, CA

Full-Time | In-Person | School-Based | $55–$86/Hour + Sign-On Bonus

Platinum Therapy is seeking multiple Speech-Language Pathologists to join our team in Palm Springs, CA .

This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP who enjoys working with children and wants to make a meaningful impact in a supportive school-based environment. You will work directly with students while collaborating with educators, families, and other professionals to help students reach their communication and academic goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs

• Provide engaging, student-centered speech and language therapy

• Support students in achieving their Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals

• Monitor student progress and modify treatment plans as needed

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, school staff, and other professionals

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning

• Create a positive and supportive environment that encourages student growth

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

• Current California Speech-Language Pathologist license/credential or eligibility to obtain the appropriate credential

• Strong understanding of pediatric speech and language development

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary school team

• School-based or pediatric experience preferred

• Early intervention experience preferred
