The Role

• Run day-to-day clinical operations with ownership mindset
• Mentor and coach your PT team in regular 1:1s and team huddles
• Collaborate with marketing to grow the clinic
• Use data to improve outcomes and patient satisfaction

Who You Are

• Licensed PT (DPT, MPT) with 1+ years of experience
• You’ve got leadership instincts—even if you haven’t had the title yet
• You care deeply about outcomes and hate to lose
• Organized, growth-minded, and energized by building something great
• Excited by challenge and purpose—not just punching the clock
