We prioritize solutions built natively in Gong first, and build custom tooling where Gong doesn't yet cover the use case. This is a founding hire on a lean, fast-moving team with high executive visibility.As a GTM AI Engineer, you'll design, build, and ship AI-powered infrastructure, tools, and workflows end-to-end — from concept to production. You're not configuring a no-code automation platform; you're building the systems that sit on top of our data foundation and turn it into real productivity gains for revenue teams and business outcomes for our customers. Compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, job-related skills, qualification, education, experience, and location. At Gong, we have a location-based compensation structure, which means there may be a different range for candidates in other locations. The total compensation package for this position, in addition to base compensation, may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits.
