As a Member Experience Supervisor, you will lead the Front Desk and Kids Club teams, ensuring excellent member relations and surpassing their expectations. Key Responsibilities Ensure a memorable experience for members and encourage potential members to choose O2 Fitness. Lead, coach, and evaluate Front Desk and Kids Club team members to foster development and teamwork. Conduct meetings and training for team members to improve club performance. Address member inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and effectiveness. Manage membership paperwork and maintain compliance with O2 Fitness guidelines. Act as a liaison between Front Desk and other departments to support a cohesive environment. Schedule Front Desk and Kids Club shifts, ensuring coverage within budgeted hours. Oversee inventory management and drive merchandise sales. Perform additional tasks as required to uphold the vision and mission of O2 Fitness. Qualifications Experience in customer service, preferably in a health club or hospitality setting. College education preferred. Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications preferred. Ideal Candidate Traits Outstanding communication skills. Genuine passion for fitness and the O2 Fitness brand. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Thorough understanding of all club activities, promotions, and health club operations. Highly motivated and dedicated to member satisfaction.
