The Division Sales Manager drives business growth, leads regional sales execution and helps ensure exceptional service for Agiliti customers. This role leads a geographically dispersed team supporting hospitals across Maryland, South Carolina, Tennessee, North Carolina, Georgia and Virginia.

What You Will Do in This Role?

• Lead, coach and develop a regional team while setting clear expectations and creating a culture of accountability.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities with new and existing customers across Maryland, South Carolina, Tennessee, North Carolina, Georgia and Virginia.
• Partner with sales specialists and operations repair teams to close new business and deliver a high level of customer service.
• Manage sales processes, contract renewals, service commitments and customer business reviews.
• Oversee service delivery, field routing, contract usage, repair orders and dedicated loaner inventories.
• Identify and resolve customer concerns, coordinate educational programs and determine staffing needs based on business demand.

What You Will Need for This Role?

Required

• A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Healthcare and surgical sales experience, including experience with surgical instrument repair or endoscopes.
• Sales management experience leading at least 8 to 10 direct reports.
• The ability to travel 50% of the time or more, including overnight travel, throughout the Southeast territory.

Preferred

• Sales leadership experience in surgical equipment repair, endoscopy, or related healthcare service organizations.
• Experience leading both individual contributors and frontline sales leaders across a multi-state territory.
• Proven success growing existing business while capturing new customer opportunities.
• Experience working with hospital executive stakeholders and healthcare decision makers.
