Job Title: Quality Engineer

General Purpose:
Audits processes and products (post-production) to ensure requirements and specifications are met.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate data collection.
- Conduct internal audits following regulatory, industry, and internal quality guidelines, including ISO.
- Conduct process audits and follow up on the closure of open audits.
- Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions of audit findings, tracking to resolution.
- Initiate product/process improvements.
- Aid in filing audits and maintaining records.
- Monitor and report metrics to meet business needs.
- Prepare reject reports by identifying necessary information for follow-up and analyze rejects/defects for patterns of process errors or other areas of concern.
- Provide immediate feedback to production areas concerning process deviations.
- Facilitate Quality Alert meetings as required.
- Provide process training as needed.

Experience Level:
Preferred experience level is 1 to 5 years.

You should have excellent communication skills and be proficient in data analysis. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to quality improvement are essential.
