Business Process Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Business Process Consultant to analyze, improve, and optimize business processes across the organization. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and support the implementation of effective business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and document current business processes and workflows.
Identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement and automation.
Gather and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Support process redesign, implementation, testing, and change management.
Develop process documentation, reports, and recommendations.

Required Skills

Strong experience in business process analysis and improvement.
Knowledge of process mapping and workflow optimization.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience with requirements gathering and business analysis.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
