Job Description
Title: Nursing - Skilled Nursing

Schedule:
- Shift: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM
- Days: Monday to Friday
- Weekend rotation required

Assignment Details:
- Guaranteed Hours: 0
- Contract Weeks: 52

Requirements:
- Current nursing license required
- Relevant certifications preferred
- Experience in post-hospital rehabilitation preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a skilled nursing setting.
- Monitor and assess patient health status and progress.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families about care and rehabilitation processes.

- Background checks and drug screens may be required.
