Someone who can bring bold ideas to life while staying laser‑focused on conversions, clicks, and customer engagement. You’ll own creative across campaigns, channels, and platforms: Landing Pages → Turn cold traffic into loyal customers with CRO‑driven design. Spec Sheets → Simplify technical data into clear, persuasive visuals. Ad Creatives → Build thumb‑stopping designs for Meta, Google, TikTok & more. Email Assets → Craft polished visuals that boost open & click rates. Thumbnails & UVPs → Make designs that grab attention and sell benefits, not features. Amazon A+ Content → Enhance listings with high‑converting branded visuals. Here, you won’t just “support” marketing — you’ll be the creative engine fueling growth. What You’ll Do Design high‑converting landing pages with UI/UX best practices. Create spec sheets, static ads, and thumbnails that drive action. Deliver eye‑catching email assets for campaigns. Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. Work with marketing & product teams to test, iterate, and optimize designs based on real performance metrics. Own creative direction with autonomy What We’re Looking For 4+ years of professional Graphic & UI/UX design experience. Mastery of Figma, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) . Strong portfolio of landing pages, ads, and product visuals that convert. Deep understanding of ecommerce, CRO, and buyer psychology. Ability to translate marketing briefs into revenue‑driving design. Fast, organized, and self‑driven in high‑growth environments. Excellent English communication skills. Bonus Points Experience in ecommerce, safety gear, tactical, or outdoor brands . Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta/TikTok/Google Ads platforms .
