Product Developer / Colorist

We are looking for a results-driven Product Developer / Colorist to manage the development lifecycle of private label activewear. This role partners closely with design, technical design, production, and external partners to deliver high-performance, trend-forward products. This role has a potential to be 4 days a week in office and 1 day remote. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, highly organized, has a good sense of color and strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities Review and approve all lab dips, strike offs, shade bands, and bulk submits and communicate with overseas factories and cross functional teams. Conduct Spectrophotometer and lightbox readings as needed. Communicate with external cross functional teams. Evaluate pre-production and production garments, collaborating closely with product and technical design teams to ensure accurate product and expectation were established. Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tech packs and verifying information for internal and external partners. Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets and development documents. Manage seasonal color library for use by the design team. Update comments and data in PLM systems. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in color / apparel product development (activewear experience strongly preferred) Experience reviewing and evaluating lab dips, strike-offs, and color submits against established standards.
