The world can't wait.You Have: 10+ years of experience in space systems engineering, integration, and testing10+ years of experience in system of systems integration and integrated system testing for space, ground, or user programsExperience in space segment to ground segment integration, including mission readiness test planning and executionExperience developing integrated plans and schedules, developing decision briefings, managing giver or receivers, and managing risks for space programsExperience with collaboration tools, including Confluence or JiraAbility to lead and participate in cross-functional team meetings and task execution across systems engineering and integration activitiesAbility to be highly motivated, display a dynamic work ethic, and contribute to the DoD missionAbility to communicate effectively and establish collaborative relationships with government clients and contractor teammatesSecret clearanceBachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer ScienceNice If You Have: 15+ years of experience in space vehicle systems engineering, integration, and testingExperience with launch planning and execution and satellite operationsExperience performing multiple systems engineering and program management functionsKnowledge of DoD acquisition lifecycle milestones and DoD systems engineering, test, and production policies, standards, and practicesKnowledge of GPS space, ground, or user segmentAbility to create program or systems engineering documentationPossession of excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsTop Secret clearanceMaster’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer SciencePMP, ESEP, CSEP, or OCSMP CertificationsClearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
