You will serve as the primary point of contact for club teams on all local marketing requests and needs, partnering closely with cross-functional marketing teams to bring campaigns to life. You will report to the Senior Manager, Strategic Focus Club Marketing, and work closely with the Senior Director, Local Marketing, to help translate club-level marketing requests into data-informed recommendations.ResponsibilitiesExecute local marketing campaigns and initiatives across presale, renovations and special projects, and local marketing for clubs throughout the portfolioServe as the primary point of contact for club teams across the portfolio for all local marketing requests, questions, and needsPartner with the Senior Manager, Strategic Focus Club Marketing and Senior Director, Local Marketing to evaluate challenges raised by club teams (e.g., lead generation, awareness, retention) and help build and execute relevant hyper local strategies to address those challengesMaintain relationships with in-club teams (general/associate managers, membership advisors, RVPs) to support execution of local marketing initiativesPartner with cross-functional marketing teams, including growth, digital, brand, and social, to execute campaigns at the local levelManage the Local Marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and spend across the portfolioTrack campaign performance and share regular reporting with key stakeholdersQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field5+ years of experience in local marketing, marketing operations, or a related fieldStrong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams across a multi-location portfolioExperience executing marketing campaigns across multiple channelsExcellent communication skills and comfort serving as a point of contact for field teamsStrong attention to detail and follow-throughPay Transparency: $120K - $130K Additional InformationAS A MEMBER OF THE EQUINOX TEAM YOU WILL RECEIVE:We offer competitive salary, benefits, and industry leading commission opportunities for club employeesComplimentary Club membershipPerks and incentives with our products and services including Personal Training, Pilates, Spa and ShopNOTE: This job description is intended to describe the general requirements for the position.
