FULL TIME SALES ASSOCIATE – NELL HILL'S BRIARCLIFF

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Greet and assist guests with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Provide product recommendations and design inspiration tailored to each guest
- Process purchases and returns accurately at the register
- Help maintain a visually inspiring, organized boutique environment
- Support merchandising, restocking, and display upkeep throughout your shift
- Assist with opening and closing duties, store events, and seasonal needs
- Communicate stock issues, damages, or guest needs to leadership
WHO YOU ARE
- Friendly, approachable, and confident with guests
- Self-motivated and dependable - you take ownership without being closely managed
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a busy environment
- A genuine team player who enjoys contributing to a close-knit crew
- Passionate about home décor, design, and retail
- Available for weekend hours (required)
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
