Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

• Schedule: M-F
• Shift Hours: 8HR
• Floating Requirement: No

Centralia offers convenient access to both outdoor recreation and regional travel.
