Event Data Associate

Detail-oriented and experienced, the Events Data Associate Consultant will manage data accuracy, generate reports, and coordinate event logistics in a long-term remote contract role. Key responsibilities Generate and distribute event attendee reports while ensuring data accuracy and resolving discrepancies Enter and maintain event session data across Cvent and assist with event registration setup Monitor event inboxes and provide clear communication while supporting committee meetings and presentations Required qualifications Experience with Salesforce (Lightning) for report generation and record management Proficiency in Cvent for event registration and session setup Advanced Excel skills, including data cleaning, pivot tables, and formulas Strong written communication skills for professional correspondence Attention to detail for identifying and correcting data errors
