Manufacturing Operator - Trappe, PA At Kelly®, we’re passionate about helping you find a job that works for you. How about this one? We’re seeking a Manufacturing Operator to work at a premier manufacturing client in Trappe, PA. With us, it’s all about finding the job that’s just right.

Pay: $22.75/hour
Shift: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
3rd Shift | 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

What’s a typical day as Manufacturing Operator? You’ll be:

• Operating machines used in the production of precision metal products
• Setting up and running the bull wheel process to produce products that meet strict quality specifications
• Reading and following technical specifications, maintenance instructions, and procedures
• Performing in-process and visual inspections, both unaided and using magnification devices
• Using precision measurement equipment (dies, gauges, micrometers, dimensional inspection systems)
• Receiving, labeling, handling, and moving materials and documenting work performed
• Maintaining segregation of conforming vs. non-conforming product
• Partnering with engineering to improve processes and participating in operational excellence activities
• Adhering to safety and quality requirements and company core beliefs

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent (technical/vocational schooling preferred)
• Are proficient with basic mathematics and comfortable working with small precision parts
• Can interpret drawings and blueprints and use precision measurement equipment
• Are capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and frequent bending, standing, sitting, reaching, and grabbing material
• Are willing to use personal protective equipment and work with machining fluids, solvents, lubricants, and chemicals
• Are committed to attending safety training and participating in safety committees and hazard analysis
