Key Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced radiographic and CT imaging techniques to secure high-resolution images for accurate interpretation by physicians
• Collaborate closely with radiologists and healthcare teams to facilitate accurate patient diagnoses
• Ensure positive patient positioning and effective equipment setup to optimize imagery quality
• Adhere to strict radiation safety protocols to protect both patients and coworkers
• Maintain meticulous documentation, including imaging logs and equipment service records

Education Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; a Bachelor's Degree would be advantageous
• Completion of an accredited radiology program is essential

Required Certifications

• ARRT certification in CT and/or Radiography is a must
• Current BLS certification or commitment to obtain within 90 days post-hire

Essential Skills

• Strong understanding of diagnostic imaging protocols and radiation safety
