Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)We are seeking a registered dental assistant to join our team to support one of LA's leading non-profit healthcare organizations. In this role, you will work in a fast-paced clinic setting with adults, focusing on dental assisting duties. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to thrive in a dynamic environment.Start Date: ASAP (2-3 weeks from offer)Location: South Central Los Angeles (Must be able to float between multiple sites)Schedule:Days: Monday – Saturday (2 Saturdays a month, with potential for more if needed)Hours: 7am – 7pm (8-hour shifts, typically 7:30am – 5pm)Floating Day Off: One day off during the weekPay: $28-32/hrDuration: 12-month contract-to-hire (C2H)Training: 2 weeks at the main sitePopulation Served:Underserved community and geographic areaNon-profit organizationCurrent patient load: 8-10 per day, increasing to 16-20Job Duties:Scheduling appointmentsSterilizing instrumentsRooming patientsChartingTaking X-raysAssisting during procedures (handing tools, no intraoral work)Typical RDA responsibilitiesRequirements:BLS CertificationRDA CertificationAdditional certifications (preferred)Join our dedicated team and make a difference in the community!
