Aspire Senior Living New Florence is seeking a dedicated and skilled Dietary Cook to join our culinary team. As a key member of our food services team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality, delicious meals to our residents. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to menus and resident preferences

• Manage food inventory, ordering and receiving supplies as needed

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards

• Collaborate with dietary staff to provide exceptional customer service and meeting resident dietary needs

• Participate in menu planning and special event planning as needed

• Contribute to the overall quality of life for our residents by providing a warm and inviting dining experience

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1-2 years of experience in food preparation and cooking

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

• Valid food handler's certification
