We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Med Tech to work our swing shift, ensuring top-notch medication management and exceptional resident care. As a Med Tech, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents, while working in a supportive and resident-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Medication Management & Documentation + Prepare, administer, and document medications in accordance with Mountain Park policies, physician orders, and state regulations + Maintain accurate and timely entries in the Medication Assistance Record (MAR) + Verify, clarify, and update physician orders as needed + Order, receive, and securely store medications in compliance with community protocols + Maintain a clean, organized, and secure medication room
• Resident Care & Support + Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and ambulation + Take and record vital signs, monitor health changes, and communicate updates promptly to the Clinical Manager or Executive Director + Provide first aid and wound care when necessary and coordinate care with outside healthcare professionals as directed

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Med Tech certification and previous long-term care experience, preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, follow procedures, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Must demonstrate empathy, patience, and a strong commitment to resident dignity
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary: $17 - $22 HOURLY
