Assured Quality Homecare (ASQ) will provide the training you need to begin your career as a Personal Care Aide. No professional caregiving experience is required. Selected applicants will receive paid training through Empower Training Academy at our Norwich corporate office. What the Program Includes * Instructor-led Personal Care Aide training * Hands-on caregiver skills development * Compensation while completing the program * ASQ orientation and client-specific instruction * Eligibility for client assignments after successfully completing all requirements Our next class is coming up soon. Attendance at every class is mandatory. Participants must arrive on time, remain engaged, complete all program requirements, and be prepared to begin working after graduation. What You’ll Do After Training * Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily activities * Support safe walking, mobility, transfers, and exercises * Prepare meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration * Provide medication reminders and companionship * Complete light housekeeping and maintain a safe home environment * Observe and report changes in the client’s condition Who We’re Looking For We hire for character and train for skill.
