Job Title: Assistant General Manager (AGM)Supervisor: General Manager (GM), Area Coach (AC), Director of Operations (DO)Status: Non-ExemptBasic PurposeThe Assistant General Manager (AGM) plays a pivotal role in daily restaurant operations, supporting the General Manager (GM) by providing the leadership necessary to ensure smooth operations, optimal efficiency, and exceptional results.
