Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Previous experience working as a paraprofessional, classroom assistant, or in a similar educational support role

- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and fellow staff
- Patience, adaptability, and a genuine interest in supporting children’s growth and development
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certification in education or child development is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist classroom teachers in delivering instruction and implementing lesson plans
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, tailoring approaches to individual learning needs
- Help manage classroom behavior and promote a positive learning environment
- Support students with personal, academic, or behavioral challenges as directed by educational staff
- Prepare and organize instructional materials and classroom resources
- Communicate progress and observations with educational team members
