As an Access Control Officer at a dynamic logistics and distribution location, you will help manage entry points, verify badges and visitor access, and support a welcoming, professional environment. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat06:00 PM - 06:00 AMSun06:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and/or employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. Monitor access points, verify credentials, manage visitor and contractor entry, and maintain accurate access-control records in accordance with site procedures. Respond to incidents, delivery-related access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters through established communication channels as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity. Minimum Requirements: Access control/badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
