Habilidades comerciales generales como mecanografía; entrada y revisión de datos; y uso de teléfono, copiadora y fax. Habilidades de software, incluyendo el uso de Microsoft Office y aplicaciones basadas en la web. Habilidades de servicio al cliente necesarias para responder de manera efectiva y profesional a las solicitudes.
