Job Summary
We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team! In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. Responsibilities 

• Perform intake assessments
• Provide mental health therapy 
• Create individualized treatment plans for each client
• Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate individual treatments
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
• Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
• Current and unrestricted therapy license
• Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized
