About the Opportunity

We are expanding its U.S. business and is seeking experienced Independent Healthcare Sales Representatives to introduce our fall injury prevention products to healthcare and senior care organizations.

Our fall injury prevention product is a Japan-based fall injury prevention solution currently used by approximately 1,600 hospitals and senior care facilities in Japan . Our products are designed to help reduce the severity of injuries when older adults or high-risk patients fall.

We are looking for independent sales professionals who already have relationships within the healthcare, senior care, rehabilitation, DME, or aging-in-place markets and would like to add a differentiated product line to their existing portfolio.

This is not a traditional salaried sales position . It is designed for independent representatives who manage their own territory, relationships, and sales activities.

You may introduce fall injury prevention products to organizations such as:

• Hospitals and rehabilitation facilities
• Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs)
• Assisted Living and Memory Care communities
• Home Health Agencies
• DME / HME providers
• Senior living operators
• Physical Therapy / Occupational Therapy organizations
• Home safety and aging-in-place providers
• Healthcare and senior care organizations

As an Independent Sales Representative, you will:

• Introduce fall injury prevention products to healthcare and senior care decision-makers
• Leverage your existing professional network to identify potential customers
• Develop new customer relationships within your territory
• Schedule and conduct product presentations
• Identify opportunities for product trials and evaluations
• Support customer discussions through the sales process
• Coordinate with us for product information, quotations, trials, and order processing
• Develop facility-level and multi-location sales opportunities

We will provide product information, sales materials, product education, samples when appropriate, and support for qualified opportunities.

We are especially interested in representatives who currently sell, or have previously sold, products or services related to:

• Medical devices
• DME / HME
• Mobility products
• Fall prevention
• Patient safety
• Rehabilitation
• Senior living
• Home health
• Aging-in-place
• Home modification
• Patient monitoring
• Healthcare technology

• 3+ years of B2B healthcare, senior care, medical device, DME, or related sales experience
• Existing relationships with healthcare or senior care organizations
• Experience selling directly to facility decision-makers
• Established network within an assigned geographic territory
• Comfortable working independently and managing a sales pipeline
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Existing relationships with Senior Living Operators, SNFs, Home Health Agencies, Rehabilitation Facilities, DME providers, PT/OT leaders, or healthcare systems are highly valued.

This opportunity is particularly suitable for sales representatives who already represent complementary, non-competing healthcare or senior care product lines.

You may continue representing other products, subject to any applicable contractual obligations and conflict-of-interest requirements.

We are interested in representatives who can add fall injury prevention product to their existing healthcare product portfolio and introduce the solution to customers they already serve.

This is an independent contractor, commission-based opportunity .

Compensation is tied to successfully completed and collected sales.

Specific commission terms, territory arrangements, and account responsibilities will be discussed with qualified candidates.

There is no base salary associated with this independent representative opportunity.

A bedside fall injury protection solution designed for patients and older adults at increased risk of injury from falls.

Specialized flooring designed for healthcare, senior care, and residential environments where reducing fall-related injury severity is important.

We also plans to expand its U.S. offering with sensor-enabled fall prevention and monitoring solutions.
