Who You Are We are seeking candidates who are customer service oriented and take great pride in serving others in a caring and professional manner. Must have a current Texas CNA certification, excellent hospitality skills, and enjoy working with seniors. Work Hours: This role is for a BAYLOR employee who will work Saturday and Sunday: 5:45 AM - 10:15 PM, with an incentive for 40-hour pay per week. CNA Responsibilities And Duties Assists residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting, and exercising. Receives/gives report on residents assigned during shift. Records ADL's, nutrition intake, vital signs, etc. as directed. Transfers, transports and escorts residents as needed with the use of safety/protective devices. Answers call lights promptly and courteously. Changes bed linens, makes beds, and keeps rooms clean and orderly. Follows all safety, security, infection control and hazardous materials policies and procedures. Qualifications And Skills Previous experience working in rehab/skilled nursing is preferred Must be a Certified Nurse Aide in the State of Texas. Excellent hospitality skills, and enjoy working with seniors.
