Role Pediatric Occupational Therapist (PRN) Responsibilities Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, provide direct therapy in home settings, support skill development in fine motor, sensory, feeding, play, and self-care, monitor progress, recommend adaptive equipment, train families, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and maintain accurate documentation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy, active OT license, pediatric experience preferred, strong communication skills, compassionate and dependable approach, ability to meet physical demands. Key Duties Deliver family-centered therapy, support daily routines and independence, partner with families and teams, and contribute to positive child outcomes.
