This role works closely with customers and internal teams to ensure timely payment of invoices and resolution of account discrepancies. The ideal candidate is organized, detail‑oriented, and committed to providing excellent customer service. Duties/Responsibilities Working closely with the Accounting Coordinator to complete all allocated tasks Maintain bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets, updating information as needed Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances Process and accurately apply customer payments and maintain payment records Assist with billing inquiries and resolving account discrepancies Update customer accounts and maintain accurate customer records Communicate with customers regarding account balances and payment status Performs other related duties as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience required Previous experience in accounts receivable, collections, bookkeeping, administrative support, or customer service preferred Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Excel Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality of financial information Physical, Mental, And Behavioral Requirements Regularly and safely lifts, carries, and handles supplies and equipment weighing at least 20 pounds Must be able to sit for extended periods of time Must be able to repeat the same movements Ability to speak clearly and effectively with customers, coworkers, and business partners Meritum Energy Holdings is an equal opportunity employer to all qualified applicants regardless of age, color, national origin, citizenship status, physical or mental ability, race, religion, creed, gender, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, marital status, status with regard to public assistance, status as a disabled veteran and/or veteran of the Vietnam War Era or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
