This position is authorized to work exclusively in a remote setting, allowing for improved flexibility while still connecting meaningfully with our clients. Your role will occur within a structured atmosphere at our virtual detox center, where cultivating a therapeutic and supportive environment is paramount. Collaboration with other healthcare professionals will be a significant aspect of your daily activities, ensuring comprehensive care for each client.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments of clients to accurately identify their counseling needs.

• Utilize DSM (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual) criteria to diagnose substance abuse issues and determine the appropriate level of care using ASAM (American Society of Addiction Medicine) standards.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, specifically focusing on substance abuse counseling.
\n
• Design comprehensive discharge and continuum of care plans to facilitate seamless transitions to ongoing support.
\n
• Maintain precise documentation of all counseling and education services, including assessments and follow-ups, in the client's clinical record.
\n
• Manage a caseload, adhering to case management protocols and providing regular updates through clinical charting.
\n
• Coordinate essential support services for clients and their families, ensuring that all services are recorded in clinical documentation.
\n
• Engage with referral sources, including legal, educational, and employment entities, to build a support network for clients.
\n
• Guide crisis interventions through a multi-disciplinary team approach, ensuring clients receive immediate and appropriate assistance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily center on individuals affected by substance use disorders and those facing co-occurring mental health challenges. With an emphasis on treatment that resonates personally with clients, you'll develop therapeutic relationships to foster trust and promote healing. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
