MRI Technologist

This is a 13-week contract position.

This position primarily requires evening shifts from Wednesday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM. Weekend availability is needed on Saturday evenings, with the expectation to stay late for any late STAT add-ons.

The MRI Technologist will be responsible for performing MRI procedures. This role requires technical expertise and knowledge to provide high-quality imaging for patient diagnoses. The technologist will collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient comfort and safety during imaging procedures.

• Conduct MRI scans while ensuring the highest quality imaging results.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Work with interdisciplinary teams for effective patient care.
• Adhere to required imaging protocols and quality assurance standards.
• Stay informed of new MRI technology and procedural advancements.

• ARRT certification in MRI.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• State licensure required for MRI technologists.
• Previous experience in acute care settings preferred.
• Experience with Epic charting system is mandatory.
