Clinical Research Coordinator

Posting Date: 03/31/2026 DaVita Clinical Research (DCR) is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to lead coordination, management, and conduct of nephrology clinical research trials in dialysis centers and physicians’ practices. The role will be based in our Edina, MN site and coordinate all aspects of late phase clinical trials in the Minneapolis/St. Paul and surrounding areas. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Accountable for the successful execution of clinical trials through all phases of the study: enrollment, maintenance and close out. Perform research procedures according to the study protocol and partner with the physician investigator to coordinate research activities. Serve as a liaison between the physicians (Principal Investigator or Sub-Investigator), study sponsors, and DaVita facility teammates. Deliver or exceed project enrollment targets for clinical research studies at the site. Enter data accurately and timely into electronic data entry systems. Resolve all data queries promptly to meet project timelines for database lock. Demonstrate compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and applicable law, and ensure study teams also comply with GCP and applicable law. Adhere to DCR standard operating procedures, policies, and standards customary in the clinical research industry. Promote compliance with all applicable healthcare and research regulations. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Minimum 1 year of clinical research experience managing studies from start‑up to close‑out or equivalent experience. Reliable transportation to travel between local research sites. Demonstrated commitment to and role model of DaVita’s values with ability to demonstrate them positively and proactively to patients, teammates, management, physicians, and vendors. Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adjust priorities in an evolving work environment with urgency and follow‑through. Experience managing confidential information using discretion and judgment. Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (SOCRA or ACRP) preferred.
