Key Responsibilities\nAs a Mental Health Counselor with Rivia, your daily responsibilities will include:

- Documenting client sessions and maintaining accurate records in compliance with ethical standards and organizational practices. \n

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of mental health concerns ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and trauma recovery. Qualifications\nTo excel in this position, candidates must possess the following:

- A valid license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). \n
- A bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is required. \n
- Proven experience in mental health counseling or a related discipline, demonstrating your ability to assist clients in achieving their therapeutic goals. \n
- Familiarity with community mental health resources and services in Los Angeles is advantageous. \n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, necessary for effective client interactions and collaboration with colleagues. \n
- Adeptness in establishing rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds and exhibiting cultural competency. \n

Compensation and Benefits\nIn recognition of your skills and dedication, Rivia offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Alongside the financial compensation, we provide:
