Position: Branch Manager

Job Summary:

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, leading and developing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales and business growth, and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day branch operations and staff performance.
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate team members.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Meet branch sales, revenue, and operational goals.
• Develop relationships with customers and the local community.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and branch profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulations.
• Prepare reports and analyze branch performance metrics.
• Maintain a productive, positive, and professional work environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience.
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead teams and make sound business decisions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business management software.

Pay: Typically ranges from $60,000-$63,000+ annually , depending on industry, location, and experience.

Schedule: Most positions are Monday-Friday , with occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
