Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Home Care

Location: Richmond, Chesterfield, Henrico & Petersburg, VA

Pay: $17.00–$19.00 per hour, based on experience and assignment

Position Overview

We are seeking compassionate and reliable CNAs to provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes. Responsibilities vary by assignment and are based on each client's care plan.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and other activities of daily living
• Assist with mobility and transfers using safe techniques
• Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance as needed
• Provide medication reminders
• Perform light housekeeping related to client care
• Provide companionship and safety supervision
• Take and record vital signs when directed by the client's care plan
• Observe and report changes in the client's condition to the appropriate supervisor
• Follow the client's plan of care and Oasis Home Care policies
• Complete required care documentation accurately and on time

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification or other approved qualification accepted by Oasis Home Care
• Previous home-care or caregiving experience preferred
• Dependable and professional
• Strong communication skills
• Compassionate and respectful approach to client care
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of assigned care
• Must successfully complete required employment screening and onboarding requirements
