Occupational Therapist

Per Diem Occupational TherapistWe are hiring a per diem Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic care team at The Tremont Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center in Wareham - a 4-star nursing home!As an Occupational Therapist, you provide patient/resident assessment, care planning, direct treatment, and consultation to a general rehab caseload while also participating in the clinical team process.Weekly pay up to $50 an hour.Education & Experience:Bachelor of Science or Master of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy.CEU's per state licensure requirements.OT license required in Massachusetts.Duties & Responsibilities:Screens patients/residents.Evaluates patients/residents and develops appropriate care plans.May perform additional assigned administrative duties such as: assigning and overseeing resident care activities, medical record oversight, assuring execution of physician orders, ordering supplies, etc.Under a physician's order, provides direct resident treatments in accordance with an established plan of care.
