Electrical Project Coordinator

$46-$58 per hour, depending on experience

Seattle, WA | Full-Time Flexible Schedule | Monday - Friday

As our company continues to expand, we're looking for an Electrical Project Coordinator who wants to grow alongside a collaborative team and take on new challenges. This role offers a mix of office and field duties, including travel to local job sites and close interaction with project managers, foremen, vendors, and clients.

What You'll Do

• Review electrical plans, specifications, and contract documents
• Perform quantity takeoffs and plan markups using Bluebeam
• Support project managers with planning, scheduling, and execution
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Coordinate material procurement, deliveries, and vendor communication
• Maintain project records in eSUB and distribute updated drawings
• Assist field teams with technical questions and project support
• Participate in site visits, permitting, inspections, and project closeout activities

Required Qualifications

• At least a year of experience in electrical project management or coordination
• Ability to read and interpret electrical plans, specifications, and contract documents
• Experience performing quantity takeoffs and construction document reviews
• Understanding of NEC, Washington State electrical code, and construction practices
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent industry experience
• Experience with Bluebeam Revu
• Experience with eSUB or similar project management software
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation processes

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
