Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical-Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 - 19:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 1-2 years License: RN Certifications: Required certifications as per role Must-Have Skills/Experience: Experience in medical-surgical nursing. Ability to manage a diverse and challenging patient population. Description: The role involves providing direct patient care in a medical-surgical unit. The nurse will handle various patient diagnoses and treatments. Common conditions include fractures, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, hypertension, chest pain, congestive heart failure, and infections. The patient population primarily consists of adult and geriatric patients. The work environment includes a 39-bed facility with an emphasis on teamwork and patient-centered care. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced setting. Successful applicants will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The dress code includes navy blue scrubs for RNs, with appropriate professional attire required.
