School-Based Physical Therapist - Midlothian, TX Location: Midlothian, TX Position Type: Full-Time Schedule: 36 Hours Per Week Caseload: 37 students Pay: Hourly pay starting at $42 (Rate is based on experience and negotiable) Soliant Health is partnering with a school district in Midlothian, TX, to hire a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for the upcoming school year. - Provide physical therapy services to students in grades K-12 based on individual student needs and IEP goals.
- Conduct physical therapy evaluations and reevaluations and prepare required reports and documentation.
Provide direct physical therapy services and consultative services to support students within the school environment. - Collaborate with teachers, parents, PTAs, and multidisciplinary teams to support student mobility, participation, and educational success.
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings and related team meetings as needed.
- Manage a caseload of approximately 37 students with a combination of direct and consultative service needs.
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Physical Therapist license in the applicable state.
- School-based experience preferred but not required
- Full-time position
- 36 hours per week

- Open to travel Physical Therapists.
