Our clients include seniors, individuals recovering from illness or surgery, adults with chronic health conditions, disabilities, memory loss, or special care needs. We help individuals remain safely and comfortably in their own homes while maintaining dignity, independence, and quality of life. Caregiver responsibilities include assisting clients with personal care, providing companionship, emotional support, and meaningful engagement, preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping tasks, providing transportation to appointments, errands, and activities, assisting with medication reminders and daily routines, documenting completed Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) using the AxisCare mobile app, observing and reporting changes in condition, safety concerns, or incidents to the office, responding calmly and responsibly during urgent or emergency situations. Responsibilities may vary depending on the client's care plan and needs.

Qualifications include being at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States, reliable transportation throughout South Orange County communities including Dana Point, San Clemente, Laguna Niguel, Irvine, Lake Forest, and surrounding areas, reliable smartphone with internet access and ability to use mobile apps, strong communication skills and professionalism, dependable, responsible, and compassionate attitude, ability to follow care plans and accurately document care provided.

Preferred qualifications include 1+ years of caregiving experience, current Home Care Aide (HCA) registration through the California Department of Social Services, current CPR Certification, negative TB Test, completion of California Caregiver Training, proof of auto insurance.
