Repair Technician 1

Responsibilities

Disassemble, clean, and repair medical imaging systems; replace damaged components
Reassemble systems and install options, accessories, and software upgrades
Perform diagnostic and functional tests to verify correct system operation
Identify damaged components, order replacement parts, and create work orders
Record test results, update device history records, and maintain inventory tracking

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
1-3 years equipment repair experience in healthcare or technical environments
Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical principles
Ability to read technical manuals and interpret schematics
Proficiency with hand tools and test equipment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds
