Property Manager Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 24.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 09:00am to 05:00pm)

**Property Manager** Full-time **Schedule:** Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will ensure properties are well-maintained and operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day property operations, ensuring efficient functioning and tenant satisfaction.
• Utilize proven property management experience to address a variety of property-related matters.
• Maintain accurate property records and generate basic reports using Microsoft Excel and other standard computer software.
• Perform essential minor maintenance tasks, which include, but are not limited to:
• Changing locks and rekeying.
• Repairing skirting.
• Boarding up windows securely.
• Addressing minor plumbing issues such as leaks or clogs.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with tenants, vendors, and internal teams.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant housing regulations.

Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrable experience in residential property management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for basic data entry, tracking, and reporting.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating System.
• Proven ability to perform minor maintenance tasks as outlined above.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Property Manager Qualifications:

• Multiply locations- Jacksonville, Mena, Springdale
• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
