Registered Nurse - ICU

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide specialized patient care in a high-acuity environment. The role involves managing neuro patients and collaborating across multiple hospital campuses to ensure quality outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Administer compassionate nursing care to critically ill patients, focusing on neurological conditions.
• Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Perform accurate assessments, document findings, and communicate essential information to the healthcare team.
• Follow all safety protocols, including certification and licensure standards.
• Float between units and campuses as needed, maintaining professionalism and flexibility.
• Complete required documentation and compliance processes within designated timeframes.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid California RN license uploaded within the last 2 weeks.
• Possess at least 3 years of ICU nursing experience, with proficiency in neuro patient care.
• BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA or ARC must be current and uploaded.
• Demonstrate strong clinical skills in neurological assessments and critical care interventions.
• Be flexible to float between units and campuses, with a minimum of 2 years of recent ICU experience.
• Ability to work night shifts, 3x12-hour, with on-call availability as needed.
