Job Description:

Minimum Pay: $35 / hour

\n

Schedule: Days, 7a-7p - 3x12hour shifts per week w/rotating weekends

\n

Sign on Bonus: $20,000

\n

Professional Excellence Program: Up To 20% differential of total base pay based on level advancement, aligned to education and certification progression to support career growth. ​

  Conduct comprehensive patient assessments through observation, interviews, and physical examinations to gather patient history and vital signs, identifying physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs.

\n
• \n

  Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment data, setting specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

\n
• \n

  Administer medications and treatments safely, including oral, intravenous, and intramuscular forms, and perform necessary medical procedures such as wound care, catheterization, and IV therapy, ensuring accurate and safe execution.

\n
• \n

  Provide patient and family education about health conditions, treatments, and self-care practices, developing and delivering tailored educational materials and programs, and offering discharge instructions and follow-up care plans.

\n
• \n

  Advocate for patient health and safety by acting as a liaison between patients and the healthcare system, protecting patient rights and confidentiality, and securing necessary resources to improve patient outcomes.

Education:
\n • Associate's of Nursing [Required]
\n • Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]

Work Experience:
\n • 1+ prior hospital/acute care nursing experience. [Preferred]
\n • RN experience [Required]

Licenses and Certifications:
\n • Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]

$31.44 - $54.92\n
