SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Junior Accountant to support daily accounting operations and compliance activities. This role is ideal for an experienced junior-level accounting professional looking to further develop their skills within a structured and collaborative accounting environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Perform bank reconciliations , ensuring accuracy andtimelyresolution of discrepancies Completeaccurate data entry related to financial transactions and accounting records Assistwith compliance filings in accordance withregulatory and internal requirements Prepare and file sales tax returns , ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines Review andassistwith the approval of promotional accruals , ensuring proper documentation and proper accounting treatment Support general accounting functions andassistwith special projects as needed

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Bachelor’s degree in Accountingrequired Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong communicationand teamwork skills SAP experience preferred
