Good Samaritan Health Center in Atlanta seeks a compassionate LPN/RN to provide high-quality primary care within a faith-based, mission-driven clinic serving underserved individuals and families. The nurse will perform assessments, administer medications and immunizations, support chronic disease management, coordinate care, patient education, triage, and documentation in the EHR. This role collaborates closely with an interdisciplinary team to promote whole-person wellbeing, health equity, and culturally sensitive care, while supporting quality improvement and maintaining infection control and safety standards in a fast-paced outpatient environment.
