Job Description The Occupational Therapist position is responsible for the direct implementation of therapy services within a clinic-based environment. This position will work closely with BCBAs, SLPs, and families to ensure that each patient in the organization receives quality therapeutic care! This role will be compensated by session , while supporting pediatric and adolescent clients on-site at our McKinney Clinic. Perform clinical assessment; identifypatient needs and target developmental goals Document, prepare/revises, and complete a Plan of Care, progress notes, and other clinical record documentation on an ongoing basis Assess and facilitatethe patient’s ROM, strength, coordination, need for and use of adaptive equipment and environmental modifications, functional mobility, and safety issues as related to the patient’s ADL performance needs Implement, monitor, collect and evaluate data.
