Warehouse Truck Loader

Assist in the tasks related to loading the Company's trucks for customer delivery.

Accurately load trucks according to the delivery driver's stops

Arrange the load in a manner which it is secure and protects the product under it (i.e., preventing spills, falls and placing loose items in a box together)

Consistently check quality of product for leaks or damage and replace if needed; document any damage appropriately after replacing on the warehouse damage log

Assist in cleaning up all work areas in the warehouse in preparation for the next shift

Assist other teams, whether in pulling, loading or any other duties

Work in a safe manner

High School diploma preferred

Warehouse food distribution and forklift experience preferred

Must be dependable and able to work as a part of a team or individually with little or no supervision required

Reliable attendance is required

Flexibility and excellent organizational skills

Ability to bend and reach for products on pallets

Ability to lift repetitively and carry up to 80 pounds

Ability to climb into and out of truck compartments

Ability to climb ladder

Ability to work on concrete floors for extended periods of time

Ability to work in extreme climates

Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively

Must be able to read and understand a loading diagram

Must be able to pass drug screening and background check.
