Technical Program Manager

Overview ALTEN Technology USA is an engineering company supporting clients across aerospace, medical devices, robotics, automotive, and more. As a Systems Engineer in North Reading, MA, you will work on mobile robotics, sensor integration, autonomous systems, and support agile delivery. Responsibilities Work with mobile robotics, sensors, and autonomous moving parts or robotic applications. Decompose requirements, flow down, and perform verification and validation activities. Create system engineering documentation including Concept of Operations, Trade Studies, Behavior Diagrams, Use Cases, and Interface Control Documents, using tools such as Visio, Word, Excel, SharePoint or MBSE tools (CAMEO, JAMA). Plan, prioritize, and coordinate team workflows in Jira using Agile or SAFe Agile methodologies, ensuring structured sprint execution and cross‑functional collaboration. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Engineering or related technical field. 5+ years of System Engineering experience with robotics. Prior experience with autonomous mobile robotic devices or systems is highly preferred. Experience with verification and validation activities, tailoring system engineering processes to balance effort to product/system needs. Ability to work in fast‑paced, agile environments with minimal supervision.
